Xi'an

We reached Xi'an after 5 days in Beijing and one overnight train. Picked up and taken to the hostel so nice and easy. We spent the first day exploring the main historical feature of the city, its perimeter wall, by riding bikes along it. Mohsin and I shared a tandem and apparently looked very cute. Justin rode solo. It was hot - we sweated. Time for a Tsingtao.... and then later we experienced KTV, chinese Karioke. Surprisingly we were relatively soaber.

The next day we took a tour to the main attraction in that area, the Terracotta Army. As expected it was amazing - I'm no historian but I was impressed with how they did so much so long ago, all for one man.

Back in Xi'an and a quick visit to Big Goose Pagoda for an action shot.

New friends I made on the train to Shanghai.
